Funder profile: Catholic Community Foundation

The Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) was founded in 1992 to financially support the spiritual, educational and social needs of our Catholic community in Minnesota. CCF fulfills its mission by supporting individuals and families to fulfill their charitable goals, and by partnering with parishes, schools and Catholic organizations to help them meet their long-term financial needs through responsible and effective financial and investment management. Since its creation and because of its generous donors and visionary partners, the foundation has distributed more than $117 million in grants that support important social programming and ministries within our community. Located in St. Paul, it is the nation’s largest community foundation serving Catholic philanthropy.
